Children's Behaviour

All parents have problems at times with their children's behaviour. You can feel quite alone in this as well, as you can feel like a bad parent if you let other people know that you have a problem with the disobedience of your child or child biting, child hitting, etc..does any of this sound familiar? Are you pulling your hair out? Take a look at this site to find some help in dealing with behaviour: http://www.squidoo.com/childbehaviour

  1. Life can be quite stressful in this fast, modern age for adults and children. Not only is eating healthily important, but also lots of fresh air, exercise and times to relax and do nothing- just learning "to be" in the present moment. Yoga Toning is a great way to achieve this balance of body, mind and spirit.

  2. St Patrick's Day is a great opportunity to share with children, using the Shamrock as something green. Green speaks to me about producing life, which is what we want for our children. St Patrick used the Shamrock to illustrate the three members of the Holy Trinity, which again tells us that there is hope for eternal life and even a fruitful life now. http://www.squidoo.com/justgreen
